Fleet Readiness Center East logistician named Navy’s best
Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) Commanding Officer James M. Belmont, right, recognizes FRCE Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Logistics Department Head Stephen Barrow, left, for Barrow’s receipt of the 2021 Admiral Stan Arthur Award for Civilian Logistician of the Year. Barrow earned the award, which honors him as the Navy’s top civilian logistician, for his vision and foresight in enabling FRCE to support current fleet readiness while preparing the depot for fifth-generation weapons system requirements and the needs of future warfighters.
