PENSACOLA, Fla. (Sept. 30, 2022) Capt. Kimberly P. Toone relieves Capt. Matthew W. Hebert as she assumes her duties as commanding officer during a change of command ceremony held for Navy Medicine Operational Training Command (NMOTC) at the National Naval Aviation Museum aboard Naval Air Staiton Pensacola. NMOTC oversees 6 detachments and 12 training centers in more than 60 facilities spread across the U.S. with more than 65 instructional programs within aviation, surface and undersea warfare in addition to expeditionary forces and special operations medicine.
