Pastorin walks through the side boys on the flight deck of USS Midway Museum during the Navy Reserve Region Readiness and Mobilization Command San Diego (REDCOM SD) change of command ceremony. Capt. Domitilo M. Pastorin relieved Capt. Michael P. Joyner as REDCOM SD commander.
