OCHO RIOS, Jamaica (Sept. 19, 2022) The Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15) and Her Majesty’s Jamaican Ship (HMJS) Alexander Bustamante along with a helicopter assigned to the Jamaican Defense Force (JDF) participate in a photo exercise offshore of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Sept. 19, 2022.
