SAN DIEGO (Sept. 20, 2022) Rear Adm. Bradley N. Rosen, center, commander of Navy Region Southwest, signs an inter-governmental support agreement with the Port of San Diego. The Navy launched a first-of-its-kind partnership with the Port of San Diego, Sept. 20, 2022, to participate in California�s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) program, which will reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve air quality, and advance energy resilience investments at Naval Base San Diego and the Port of San Diego.
