AQABA, Jordan (Sept. 5, 2022) A Sailor assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Nitze (DDG 94) puts on a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) during a damage control drill as part of Exercise Eager Lion 22, Sept. 5, 2022. Eager Lion is a multilateral exercise hosted by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, designed to exchange military expertise, and improve interoperability among partner nations, and considered the capstone of a broader U.S. military relationship with the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF).
