FRCE tech library sets the standard with proactive posture
Shaina Young, a data management specialist in the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) Technical Document Library Branch, updates a portable electronic maintenance aid (PEMA) on FRCE’s V-22 production line with the most current interactive electronic technical manual and electronic rapid action change. The branch received special recognition as an example to emulate across the Navy during the depot’s recent 2022 Aircraft Maintenance Inspection.
