James Diefenderfer, commanding officer aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS The Sullivans (DDG 68), cuts the ceremonial red ribbon a memorial painted on three cement mixing drums at Manatt's Inc. Sailors assigned to The Sullivans are visiting Waterloo for a Namesake visit to the five Sullivan brother’s hometown and got to share experiences about their time in the Navy with local Waterloo citizens.
