SAN DIEGO (Aug. 15, 2022) Vice Adm. Roy Kitchener, Commander, Naval Surface Forces, and retired Capt. Bud Weeks inaugurate the Mariner Skills Training Center Pacific (MSTCPAC) during a ribbon cutting ceremony.
