David Adams, Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), meets with Chuka Asike, principal officer to the U.S. Consulate in Fukuoka, Japan, Katherine Rafaniello the consular political and economic officer, and Strader Payton, the consular public affairs officer. Asike was recently appointed as U.S. Consulate Fukuoka principal officer and visited CFAS to learn about the base and its relationship with the consulate.
