PHILIPPINE SEA (Aug. 15, 2022) Quartermaster Seaman Justin Tuttle, from Ironia, N.J., measures the distance between the forward-deployed amphibious transport dock ship USS New Orleans (LPD 18) and the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7) using a stadimeter from the New Orleans' bridge wing during a replenishment-at-sea.
