SAN ANTONIO (Aug. 12, 2022) Master Chief Hospital Corpsman (HM) Raulito Galgana III, command master chief of Navy Medicine Training Support Center (NMTSC), and other HMs assigned to NMTSC recite the HM Pledge during a ceremony commemorating the 70th anniversary of the death of Hospitalman John E. Kilmer onboard Fort Sam Houston. Kilmer was killed, during the attack on “Bunker Hill” in Korea, while using his body to shield another man from enemy fire.
