GROTON, Conn. (August 12, 2022) Cmdr. Robert Low, incoming commanding officer of the Virigina-class attack submarine USS Delaware (SSN 791), delivers remarks during a change-of command ceremony. Low relieved Cmdr. Matthew Horton during the ceremony. Delaware and crew operate under Submarine Squadron (SUBRON) TWELVE and its primary mission is to provide fast-attack submarines that are ready, willing, and able to meet the unique challenges of undersea combat and deployed operations in unforgiving environments across the globe.
