Joy Bright Hancock Leadership Award, presented by Personnel, Manpower, and Training Fleet Master Chief Delbert Terrell Jr. and Rear Adm. James P. Waters, director of Military Personnel Plans and Policy, U.S. Navy, at the Joint Women’s Leadership Symposium.
