BOSTON (Aug. 9, 2022) Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Gilday hands the ceremonial first pitch to newly-enlisted Sailor Seaman Recruit Jack Sullivan to throw at a Red Sox game at Fenway Park, Boston. Prior to the game, CNO administered the oath of enlistment to future U.S. Navy Sailors, Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 106 conducted a fly over, a U.S. Navy Band vocalist sang the national anthem, and USS Constitution's color guard paraded the colors for the audience.
