DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Aug. 9, 2022) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Jean Carrire, a military working dog (MWD) handler assigned to U.S. Navy Support Facility (NSF) Diego Garcia, guides Kiwi, an MWD, during a certification and training exercise.
