LONG BEACH, Calif. (Aug. 4, 2022) Sailors assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 11, conduct an transit through the Los Angeles Harbor during training as part of the Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF) Boat University (BU) coxswain course, off the coast of Long Beach, Calif. MESF BU is design to train and qualify the MESF to sustain mobilization readiness. MESF is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset security, and maritime security in the coastal and inland waterways.
