Adrian Tomaneng, fuels officer for Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center (NAVSUP FLC) Yokosuka Site Diego Garcia, and civilian contractors assigned to NAVSUP FLC Yokosuka Site Diego Garcia conduct a pre-final inspection of a fuel tank as part of a clean, inspect, and repair program.
