Brad Cooper, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, U.S. 5th Fleet and Combined Maritime Forces, tours alongside Egyptian navy leaders aboard the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Sioux City (LCS 11) in Alexandria, Egypt.
