SINGAPORE (July 23, 2022) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Carlos Del Toro receives a traditional boatswain's lanyard from Chief Boatswain's Mate John Karus of Military Sealift Command Far East. Del Toro visited with U.S. Navy personnel and maritime allies and partners, while in Singapore to visit local government leaders. Del Toro's inaugural visit to Singapore as the 78th SECNAV, reinforced existing bilateral and multilateral ties between the U.S. Navy and Republic of Singapore Navy.
