Navy Installations Command’s Fleet and Family Readiness Leader Retires with Honor
Mr. Edward Cannon, director of the Fleet & Family Readiness Program, receives the Distinguished Civil Service Award from Vice Adm. Yancy B. Lindsey, Commander, Navy Installations Command, at a retirement ceremony inside the U.S. Navy Museum at the historic Washington Navy Yard, D.C., July 21.
