CHANGI NAVAL BASE, Singapore (July 22, 2022) Secretary of the Navy, Carlos Del Toro, makes an announcement over the 1MC from a deck house aboard the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). During Del Toro's visit, he held a press conference, addressed the crew and met with Sailors in the ship's hangar bay. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the United States, and supports alliances, partnerships and collective maritime interests in the Indo-Pacific region.
