PHU YEN, Vietnam (June 23, 2022) Captain Charles Maynard of the Royal Navy, serving as deputy commodore of Pacific Partnership 2022 (PP22), is signed into a job safety log by Electrician Constructionman Utilitiesman 2nd Class Juan Esparza at An Ninh Dong during a renovation project in support of PP22. Now in it's 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
