Data captured by unmanned aircraft systems or drones is examined during an Expeditionary Airfield Damage Repair (ExR-ADR) exercise at Marine Corps Outlying Field (MCOLF) Oak Grove in North Carolina, June 23. The data collected allowed for accurate mapping of runway damage and the location of unexploded ordnance.
