Rich Jarrett, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) meets and speaks with Toru Yamano, director general of South Kanto Defense Bureau, during Jarrett’s courtesy call prior to his departure from Yokosuka for his next duty station, June 16, 2022. Yamano presented Jarrett with a letter of appreciation acknowledging Jarrett’s contribution to military communities in Kanagawa Prefecture during his duty, followed by a gift exchange.
