Ross Myers, commander, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command / U.S. 10th Fleet delivers remarks during the Naval Satellite Operations Center (NAVSOC) disestablishment ceremony onboard Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC). NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
