BALTIC SEA (May 20, 2022) Landing Craft, Air Cushion 4, attached to Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 4, approaches the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), May 20, 2022. Kearsarge, flagship of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group and embarked 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, is participating in the Estonian-led exercise Siil 22 (Hedgehog 22 in English). Siil 22 brings together members of the Estonian Defense Force and U.S. Sailors and Marines under Task Force 61/2 to enhance Allied interoperability and preserve security and stability in the Baltic region.
