Tiffany Uranga, from Imperial Beach, California, leads an exercise class in the Seaside Gym aboard the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Ronald Reagan's exercise classes provide Sailors with opportunities to improve their health and ensure Navy physical fitness standards.
