BALTIC SEA (May 19, 2022) U.S. Marines and Sailors conduct flight operations aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), May 18, 2022. The Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group and embarked 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit are participating in the Estonian-led exercise Siil 22 (Hedgehog 22 in English). Siil 22 brings together members of the Estonian Defense Force and Sailors and Marines under Commander Task Force 61/2 to enhance Allied interoperability and preserve security and stability in the Baltic region.
