CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (May 7, 2022) The band "Out of Regs" plays during Coalition Band Night at 11 Degrees North at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ). Out of Regs is comprised of Sgt. Wyatt Aldrich on guitar and vocals, Staff Sgt. Bradley Koopmans on bass guitar, and 1st Sgt. Al Harding on drums. All members are assigned to or support Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) and are stationed on CLDJ. CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa, Central.
