Secretary Del Toro and Rear Adm. Selby spoke on a wide range of topics, including Naval STEM and HBCU/MI outreach to develop the future workforce, reimagining naval power through the SCOUT initiative and ONR Global Science Advisors, and how ONR is advancing partnerships domestically and around the world to accelerate capabilities to Sailors and Marines via Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) and Innovative Naval Prototype (INP) portfolios.
