YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 28, 2022) Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) holds an Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) exercise in the Community Relations Building onboard CFAY. The exercise is part of Typhoon Ready/Reliant Gale 2022 which prepares the installation for severe weather events. For more than 75 years, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka has provided, maintained and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
