NAVAL AIR STATION KEY WEST, Fla. (April 26, 2022) The expeditionary fast transport vessel USNS Burlington (T-EPF-10) departs the pier during a fleet experimentation period with scientists from various research and development agencies and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet. The fleet experimentation serves to demonstrate Navy/Marine Corps integration by testing concepts that would be employed during expeditionary advance base operations, evaluating expeditionary systems for force protection and coordinated electronic warfare.
