220415-N-TH560-0193 SASEBO, Japan (April 15, 2022) Professional Apprenticeship Career Tracks (PACT) Sailors filled out information sheets detailing their desired ratings prior to a Navy Personnel Command (NPC) Fleet Engagement Team event onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo. Enlisted community managers, rating specialists and detailers from NPC worked one-on-one with PACT Sailors forward-deployed to the 7th Fleet to provide career counseling, designate ratings and negotiate orders on site.
