CHINCOTEAGUE BAY (April 10, 2022) Navy Diver 1st Class Jason Myers, assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2, prepares a portion of a wing on E-2D Hawkeye assigned to Airborne Command and Control Squadron (VAW) 120 for removal during the salvage and recovery of the aircraft wreckage in Chincoteague Bay, Va. MDSU-2 is the Navy's premier East Coast diving and salvage unit, capable of providing skilled, capable, and combat-ready deployable forces around the globe to support a range of operations.
