NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY SOUDA BAY, Greece (March 28, 2022) Volunteers from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) participated in a Community Outreach event in Chania, Crete, March 28. USS Ross is forward-deployed in the U.S. Sixth Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to maintain maritime security, and defend U.S., allied and partner interests in Europe and Africa.
