David Faehnle (center), commanding officer of Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ), Command Master Chief Sean Baney, and Senior Chief Logistics Specialist Brandi N. Harris, cut a ribbon during a ceremony held by the Joint Forces Diversity & Inclusion Committee on CLDJ to celebrate their achievement of becoming a non-federal entity (NFE), a self-sustaining organization on a military installation. CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
