BRISBANE, Australia (March 22, 2022) Australian Defence Force Maj. Gen. Jake Ellwood, Queensland reconstruction authority, thanks the crew of the Emory S. Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) for their support in Operation Flood Assist 2022.
