(March 16, 2022) Kathleen Gendreau, BPS-16 RADAR general foreman at the Northwest Optical Regional Repair Center at the Trident Refit Facility, Bangor, discusses periscope rigging and movement with Rear Adm. Scott Pappano, the program executive officer for Strategic Submarines, during his visit to Trident Refit Facility, Bangor. Pappano's visit focused on the efforts keeping the aging Ohio-class ballistic missile submarines maintained and the modernization efforts underway in anticipation of the Columbia-class ballistic missile submarines being built to replace them.
