PHILIPPINE SEA (March 15, 2022) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyers USS Higgins (DDG 76), front, and USS Barry (DDG 52) transit the Philippine Sea. Higgins and Barry are assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15 and are underway supporting a free and open Indo-Pacific.
