NEWPORT, R.I. (Feb. 19, 2022) Lt. Charles Holman, a class officer assigned to Officer Training Command, Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, conducts an Officer Personnel Inspection (OPI), Feb. 19, 2022. OPI measures a candidate’s knowledge about any topic eligible for inspection and checks for confidence and competence while wearing the seasonal uniform that will be worn for graduation.
