(Mar. 30, 2017) Command Master Chief Dee Allen, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. 10th Fleet (FCC/C10F) command master chief, renders honors as the FCC/C10F Chief’s Mess stands in formation during morning colors. The Chief’s Mess at FCC/C10F conducted morning colors as part of “Chief Week”, the week leading up to the anniversary of the establishment of the chief petty officer rank. U.S. Fleet Cyber Command serves as the Navy component command to U.S. Strategic Command and U.S. Cyber Command. U.S. 10th Fleet is the operational arm of Fleet Cyber Command.
