(Feb. 28, 2022) U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 5 Marine Gunner Joshua Smith, a native of Oxnard, Calif., and the division gunner with 2d Marine Division, briefs French Army Brig. Gen. Eric Ozanne, the commanding general (CG) of 6th Light Armored Battalion (LAB), on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Feb. 28, 2022. The visit included events on Camp Lejeune and other military installations along the East Coast. The purpose of the engagement was to increase senior leader relationships and to provide the CG of 6th LAB with a better understanding of the Marine Corps’ future combat capabilities and training opportunities.
