CARIBBEAN SEA (Feb. 27, 2022) The Colombian navy Almirante Padilla-class frigate ARC Almirante Padilla (FM 51) sails alongside the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15) during a bilateral anti-submarine warfare exercise with the Colombian navy, Feb. 27, 2022.
