NAVAL STATION NORFOLK, Va. (Feb. 16, 2022) Roland Campbell, of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, monitors a VideoRay remote operated vehicle (ROV) during a ballast tank inspection demonstration aboard USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7). Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) hosted the ROV demonstration, attended by numerous engineering and innovation experts, to gain insight on how this technology could be impactful to ship maintenance.
