APRA HARBOR, Guam (Feb. 20, 2022) Gunner's Mate Seaman Kevin Mercado mans a .50-caliber gun during Sea-and-Anchor aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson (DDG 102).
