GROTON, Conn. (Feb. 17, 2022) The Virginia-class attack submarine USS Minnesota (SSN 783) Commanding Officer, Cmdr. Brad Bozin highlights elements of the submarine's sail and masts to Royal Navy Adm. Sir Ben Key, First Sea Lord and Chief of the Naval Staff of the United Kingdom, and Adm. James Caldwell, Director, Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, before a tour of the submarine. The admirals visited the waterfront at Naval Submarine Base New London after touring nearby General Dynamics Electric Boat Shipyard submarine construction facilities. Adm.
