SAN DIEGO (Feb. 14, 2022) The U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, flies over the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) as it returns to its homeport of San Diego, Calif. The Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group returned to San Diego after an eight-month deployment in the U.S. 3rd and 7th Fleets in support of regional stability and a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
