GULFPORT, Miss. (Jan. 29, 2022) Cmdr. Orrick Haney renders a salute as he passes through side boys during Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 14’s change of command ceremony at Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport. During the ceremony, Haney relieved Capt. Kevin Coyne as commanding officer of NMCB-14. The U.S. Navy Seabees assigned to NMCB-14 support worldwide combat and contingency operations, building advanced bases and conducting humanitarian recovery missions.
