ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 25, 2022) U.S. Marines with 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, 2d Marine Division, participate in Littoral Exercise 1 (LEX) aboard the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Wichita (LCS 13), Jan. 25, 2022. During LEX 1, Marines and Sailors aboard Wichita and on various bases throughout the East Coast will be conducting new types of training to prepare for future scenarios in littoral environments.
